When you decide to “depart this joint”, your survivors will need to make difficult decisions during stressful times. You can help relieve the burden by preparing a “WHERE TO FIND IT MASTER LIST”. On Day 1, you will fill out the WHERE TO FIND IT MASTER LIST to the best of your ability. The Document Lists Important Papers that you will need to locate, compile and their Locations.
You will be able to see what Documents you can put your hands on, and what documents you need to locate. Put a line through those that are not applicable, such as “Military Papers”.
There is also a spot to document your Key Contacts such as Doctor, Clergy, Attorney and Accountant.
