Day 27
Time of My Passing
Welcome to Day 27!
When you “depart” this earth, your Family may be faced with numerous emotions and they will not know what to do first. Help alleviate their stress, by providing a list of people that you wish to be notified immediately.
If you have the Yup I’m Dead…Now What? Book, you can find it in Chapter 6.
Your executor or ‘next of kin’ is responsible for notifying people or organizations about your departure.
There are no laws or legal rules about who must be notified about a death.
However, help your executor or or loved ones by providing a list of people you would like notified immediately.
Some of the people that may be notified include:
- Your partner or spouse
- Adult children
- Guardians (or carers) of your underage children
- Your Parents
- Other relatives
- Close friends
This list should be your closest family, friends and your employer and business partner, if you have one.
Almost there! Keep plugging!
