Day 4
Personal Information
Welcome to Day 4!
Today you will compile your Personal Information.
If you have the Yup I’m Dead…Now What? Book, you can find it in Chapter 3.
In this Chapter, you will record personal information about you and those closest to you. Your survivors will need these vital statistics for a number of tasks, including preparing your death certificate, writing your obituary (if you choose not to), filing tax returns and distributing assets to your beneficiaries.
Your Personal Information is your life history. In addition to your basic information, such as your address, maiden name, social security number, drivers license, family history, etc., there is also a section to capture your fondest memories, stories and information that only you know.
Use this section to be sure these stories and history is captured, documented, and carried down from generation to generation.
